Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the no-charge FeedGuardrail website, local validator, Release Gate, reports, and evidence verifier.
Effective: September 13, 2026 · Version 1.0
Using the service
You may use FeedGuardrail for lawful product-feed quality review and release-control work. Do not use it to disrupt the service, probe systems without authorization, distribute malicious content, violate another person’s rights, or evade a platform’s rules.
Your files and decisions
Feed files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded by the validation workflow. You remain responsible for the files you select, the contracts and policies you configure, the downloads you share, and every submission or release decision. Do not place confidential information in contract labels, policy labels, or field names that you plan to share.
What FeedGuardrail does—and does not do
FeedGuardrail applies documented deterministic checks to selected files. It does not access Merchant Center accounts, crawl landing pages or images, provide legal or advertising advice, certify compliance, or guarantee channel approval, traffic, revenue, or uninterrupted availability. A local pass is one input to your review, not a substitute for channel diagnostics or professional judgment.
Evidence and reports
Hashes can establish a byte-for-byte match to recorded inputs, and a successful rerun can reproduce the recorded deterministic decision. Evidence is unsigned and does not establish authorship, authority, prior approval, provenance, or original-export status. Review privacy options before sharing any report, ledger, or evidence pack.
Ownership and external services
FeedGuardrail and its original site content are protected by applicable rights. Third-party names, documentation, software, and services remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own terms. FeedGuardrail is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Privacy, security, and support
Optional analytics require a separate express choice and are not required to use the product. Hosting infrastructure may process network data and set a short-lived security cookie as described in the Privacy Notice. Do not submit credentials, payment-card data, health information, confidential feed files, or other sensitive personal information through email. Security reports must be made in good faith, avoid privacy violations or service disruption, and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate before public disclosure.
Age and authority
The service is intended for adults acting for themselves or with authority for a business. Do not enable optional analytics if you cannot provide valid privacy consent where you live. If you use FeedGuardrail for another organization or a customer, you represent that you are authorized to process the selected files and share any resulting reports.
Availability and changes
The service may be corrected, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by a new effective date or version on this page. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply to later use.
Responsibility and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every defect or policy issue will be detected. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FeedGuardrail is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or reliance on the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting mandatory rights that apply in your location. Contact hello@feedguardrail.com with service or terms questions. For data practices and same-browser deletion, read the Privacy Notice.
